We believe living sustainably can and should still be fun! Being imperfectly zero waste and always asking better of the companies we support leads to large scale change.

Born and raised in rural Illinois, I never thought as a little kid that I would own an Eco Shop. I entered into the zero waste space in college and found a love for consciously consuming and discovering the new amazing brands creating these products. This career path quickly became a dream of mine in hopes that I could continue to research and find small businesses to partner with and help share them with other people.

I'm an imperfect environmentalist, I can't fit my trash in a jar, but I believe in making practical changes to our daily lives while demanding better from legislators and large corporations. Wherever you are in your sustainability journey, I hope you'll feel welcome in this space.
